ugh so i keep getting nasty chest pain when i lie down with like my laptop on me or propped up and its really painful sometimes and it even feels at times as if i cant breathe but anyway i was looking up my symptoms on web md (which always tells me im dying woohoo) and costochrondritis (which is basically harmless chest pain that goes away in a week or two) is something that keeps coming up but idk if thats what it is hmmm

and its not heartburn because ive had heartburn before and this feels different. anyway, im probably dying just thought id let you guys know
